She became a physical therapist shortly after obtaining her Master of Science degree, and then worked for KFFL as their injury analyst.

In 2007, Stephania won a job which instantly put her under the spotlight – she started working for the ESPN network as their injury analyst. While being mostly focused on this, she can also be heard co-hosting the “Fantasy Focus” show on ESPN Radio while she also lends a hand to their ESPN.com website.

She is a bit of an author as well, as she has written and published her own book entitled “The Clinical Orthopedic Assessment Guide”. Stephania has only been able to write her book thanks to her being an orthopedic clinical specialist, while simultaneously being specialized in strength and conditioning. Summer is Stephania’s favorite season as she enjoys spending her days at the beach drinking cocktails and doing nothing – she enjoys winter too because she knows how to ski, and spends a couple of days in the mountains skiing each year.
